Everything You Need to Know

We recommend booking at least 1 to 2 weeks before your event to guarantee availability, especially for weekends and holidays. For large events or peak season dates, earlier is always better. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — give us a call and we will see what we can do.
Delivery and pickup are available as an add-on service. We will drop everything off at your event location and return to collect it when you are done. If you prefer to handle your own transport, you are welcome to pick up and return equipment as well.
We serve all of Central Florida including Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, and Volusia counties. That covers cities like Orlando, Kissimmee, Sanford, Winter Park, Clermont, Deltona, and many more. Not sure if we reach your location? Just ask — we are happy to check.
Not at all. Setup and breakdown, delivery, and trash bag removal are all optional add-ons you can include based on your needs. Rent the equipment on its own or bundle any combination of services — entirely your call.
Most rental items are priced per unit per day. You can browse individual pricing in our rental inventory above, or use our package builder to see a running estimate for your event. Final quotes are confirmed after you submit a request — no surprises.
Life happens. If you need to cancel or move your date, just contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you. We ask for at least 48 hours notice when possible. Reach us by phone, email, or text and we will sort it out.
